New Enterprise Centre for Swords

Fingal County Council’s Economic Development Division is pleased to announce that construction is almost complete on the new Enterprise Centre at Drinan Enterprise Centre on the Feltrim Road.

The Drinan Enterprise Centre will provide a supportive and structured environment for local businesses with access to the following features:

• Affordable rents
• Sharing of resources
• Networking opportunities
• Opportunity to move into larger units
• Advice, training &  mentoring

The Centre will provide units ranging from 22 - 160 sq.metres, and will be the only one of its kind in Swords as there are no other comparable facilities offering similar services to micro-enterprises or Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the area. The majority of jobs created through this centre will be provided by individuals engaged in SMEs and will rely on the skills and entrepreneurship of people in the local area.
